Christmas in July Teen Networking Event
Join WILD for a free Christmas in July themed teen networking event designed to help teenagers meet each other in a fun, relaxed, and welcoming environment.
Teens will gather on the lawn for an icebreaker puzzle game with prizes, a “Shuvundah” gift exchange, a short Q&A about the WILD program, and then a group walk to a nearby ice cream shop.
A “Shuvundah” is a game similar to "White Elephant" using something good from home that you would normally shove under your bed: an item you don’t use often, but someone else might enjoy. Please do not buy anything new. Just bring one fun, random, useful, silly, or gently used item from home. You can wrap it in holiday wrapping, birthday wrapping, or any kind of wrapping you can think of! The idea of this game is to swap something GOOD!
